Birth Doula Package
Pregnancy, birth, and postpartum are life-changing seasons, and you deserve support that makes you feel seen, valued, and cared for every step of the way. This birth doula package is designed to provide compassionate, Christ-centered support throughout your journey into motherhood.
You’ll receive weekly phone or video check-ins during pregnancy so you always have someone to talk with about your questions, concerns, or struggles beyond your regular care provider appointments. Starting at 35 weeks, you’ll also have unlimited phone and text support for added encouragement and reassurance.
The package includes two in-home prenatal visits where we’ll discuss your desires for labor, birth, and postpartum, and how I can best support you emotionally, physically, and spiritually during this special season. After baby arrives, we’ll meet for a postpartum visit to process your birth experience and help support your adjustment to life with your new little one.
My goal is to walk alongside you with grace, encouragement, and faith-filled support so you never feel alone in your journey.

Postpartum Doula Package
The first weeks after birth are beautiful, exhausting, emotional, and life-changing all at once. While you focus on healing, bonding with your baby, and adjusting to motherhood, you deserve extra hands and compassionate support along the way.
This package includes one prenatal planning appointment so we can talk through your postpartum hopes, concerns, and how I can best serve your family once baby arrives. You’ll also receive 24 hours of daytime postpartum support, divided into six four-hour visits throughout your first eight weeks postpartum.
Whether you need help tidying up the house, preparing simple nourishing meals, caring for baby while you shower or rest, folding laundry, or simply having someone there to encourage and support you, I’m here to lighten the load so you can recover with more peace and confidence.
Motherhood was never meant to be done alone — this support is designed to help you feel cared for, seen, and supported during one of the most tender seasons of life.
